02.22.04: "Minister of Information"

Or so they call me. At the Eugene Bus Project, anyway. The quotation marks (and in person, the corresponding finger-gestures) are included.

It's funny because Iraq has a Minister of Information.

This may put me on par with the infamous (but now defunct?) Bassler Youth.

Ah, craziness, craziness. But the it's at least a little bit serious, because we're looking to get off the ground soon. I lose track of all the people who read this, but if you like to walk and talk to people about things they don't want to hear about (politics) on Saturday afternoons, you should certainly get in touch with me. I am, after all, the "Minister of Information."

I think the writing section is permanently dead; I like the idea of posting further writings (and maybe some re-hashes of the older pieces) as entries, like I did a while back with Why I Hate America So Much. Still, it seems like a shame not to have all of them neatly collected. So maybe it'll just turn into links to entries.

AT&T sends me text messages when they debit my account, which causes my phone to ring. I don't know why they felt the need to send me a text message at four in the morning.

Happy twenty-first to Troy, too; like you said buddy, even the police can't rain on that parade.
